Mystic Muse (a creative workshop)

As part of the monthly Yard Sale this is a unique creative workshop to inspire and engage a visionary stimulus of the senses, to respond and capture a live performative themed fashion scene featuring a model throughout.

You will be offered guided approaches with natural and mixed media art materials, paint, chalks, ink and collage. Exploring objective drawing through mark-making and both inner-mind responses with abstraction, surrealism, with an essence from the scene. The will also be encouragement of creative writing and imaginative thinking through out the workshop - it will be an open and relaxed informal highly creative energy atmosphere.

There will be an opportunity to take photographs and film parts of the process for further future inspiration. And a possibillity to contribute work made on the day for a small collaborative Zine after the event.
We will also make time for discussion, personal reflection and mindfulness.
All abilities welcomed

from 1pm to 4 pm.

There may be some drop in availability on the day.

Some materials provided, bring your own sketchbooks and any favourite art materials (cameras etc).

There are some aprons, but maybe wear old clothes.
