Join us for a magical night of relaxation and healing with certified Sound Bath Practitioner, Julie Dynek!About this Event
By lying or sitting and listening to a sound bath it helps the body relieve stress and anxiety. It rebalances the nervous system, leaving most people feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
Please bring along your yoga mat, blanket and a pillow. Anything to help you relax and enjoy comfortably, while taking in the healing vibrations of Julie and her magical bowls. The sound bath will last from 6-7pm, followed by a flight of Macushla beer or Kombucha, and an optional Angel Card Reading.
