Mystery at the Darling Hotel

Join us for a one-of-a kind dinner and hotel experience that will transport guests back in time to the roaring twenties. Amidst the glitz and glamour, there is a sense of mischief and mystery in the air. Who knows, maybe a high-society Halloween soiree could wind up deadly?

Mystery at the Darling Hotel will offer two different seating sessions; 4pm-7pm and 8pm-11pm experience on Saturday, October 30th, 2021. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best 1930's or vintage Halloween attire. Character assignments are available upon request. General Admission tickets and hotel packages are available for purchase as described below:

Event Terms and Conditions

Must be 21 years of age or older, no exception. Please bring valid ID for all guests upon check-in. Tickets are only valid for the selected time indicated on your ticket. Please ensure you are able to arrive at this time as we will be unable to transfer tickets. Tickets are non-refundable, however you may transfer tickets to a different name on Eventbrite OR by contact the Darling Hotel up to (7) days prior to the event.

Parking is available in our public lot off of Oak street or public parking near Center & Main. Please follow the signage for check-in directions. Hotel parking is reserved for hotel guests only.

Menu and beverages will be pre-selected prior to the event. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please list during your check-out process. Due to the size of our Elderwood restaurant, some tickets groups may sit with others at larger tables.

Covid-19 Related Information

The Darling Hotel and Elderwood Restaurant currently follows all state mandates and guidelines regarding Covid-19. Unvaccinated individuals are require to wear masks in any indoor spaces with the expectation of personal hotel rooms or at any dining table. Anyone displaying any potential symptoms such as, but not limited to, cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc. within the past (10) days should refrain from attending to help prevent any exposure to other guests.

Should any state mandates restrict guest capacity or inhibit the Darling Hotel from hosting as described below, tickets will be transferrable to the new event date. Full cancellations will fall under normal Terms & Conditions. Should we need to postpone the event, we will let registered guests know what these new date(s) and registration procedures are.

Covid-19 Release

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting or participating at an event at the Property, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, serious illness, permanent disability, or death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Property may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of Darling, Elderwood, and others, including but not limited to employees, invitees, members, officers, directors, owners, and agents of Darling, Elderwood, and Courthouse Square Ventures, LLC (“Courthouse”), as well as other visitors or guests of the Property.

You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to you and your event attendees including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, disability, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your visit to or participation at the Property. You hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Darling, Elderwood, and Courthouse, including their respective owners, officers, members, managers, directors, agents, employees, and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Darling Parties” and each, a “Darling Party”), of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating the risks stated in this section. You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of a Darling Party, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after your visit to or participation at the Property.
