A sacred space for Black women and Allies in Sisterhood to heal, connect, and thrive together.

The world feels heavy—politically, socially, spiritually. For over 20 years, I’ve trained leaders and advised executives on workplace culture. But lately, I’ve been asking myself: What can I do to make a difference in my own community?

That’s why I created MySista Circle—a healing space for Black women of all ages to uplift one another, share our stories, and stand in our collective power.

We also welcome women who are committed allies—those who understand that this space centers the lived experiences of Black women, and who come with humility, respect, and a willingness to listen, learn, and grow in community.

New event in July! We are so excited to be a vendor at the Nashville Black Market's First Friday event on Friday, July 3, 2026 at the Farmer's Market!

The Nashville Black Market (NBM) First Friday Market is a monthly marketplace event that bridges culture and commerce, specifically designed to showcase, support, and celebrate Black-owned businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs in the Nashville area

Two ways to join the fun:

• Bring your friends and family: Come out to enjoy this awesome marketplace event full of food, vendors, and music and stop by our booth to say hi!
• Volunteer with us: Want to help us pass out brochures, talk to attendees, and spread the word about our community? Sign up to volunteer!
