MySista Circle: Healing & Empowerment Gathering for Black Women and Allies

A sacred space for Black women to heal, connect, and thrive together.

The world feels heavy—politically, socially, spiritually. For over 20 years, I’ve trained leaders and advised executives on workplace culture. But lately, I’ve been asking myself: What can I do to make a difference in my own community?

That’s why I created MySista Circle—a healing space for Black women of all ages to uplift one another, share our stories, and stand in our collective power.

We also welcome women who are committed allies—those who understand that this space centers the lived experiences of Black women, and who come with humility, respect, and a willingness to listen, learn, and grow in community.

I challenge you to take your seat in the Circle.

Shared wisdom strengthens resilience and hope.

🙏 We close by asking for what we need.
Asking activates hope—and often the answer is already in the room.

Info: As we close out the year, this special circle will focus on creating Vision Boards—a powerful practice to honor our 2025 wins and set intentions for the year ahead.
We'll reflect on what we’re proud of, what we’re releasing, and what we’re calling in for 2026. Through guided prompts, shared storytelling, and visioning, you’ll create a visual representation of your goals, dreams, and soul-led direction.
