WE ARE GOING BACK TO THE BEACH!!ALL OCEANFRONT ROOMS AND OCEAN FRONT MEETING SPACE
Ladies you have been invited to spend a 4-day weekend of fun-filled, laughter, games and lots more!! So come scrap and yap with your girlfriends and your crafting buddies !! In the past we have always had a great time so don't miss out!!!
Below will be all the information you need to know about this great weekend of crafting and cropping!!
Theme: Beach Theme
Where: Sands Resorts
201 74th Ave North Myrtle Beach
When: Oct. 6th to Oct. 9th 2024
Time: Thursday 3pm Sunday-noon
Fee: The crop fee will be $145.00 that includes your 6' foot table to yourself and A chair to hold your extra stuff on. Everyone will get be a goodie bag for attending and a little something special from Amazing Masterpieces.
EARLY BIRD PRICES: If you pay NOW in full your crop fee will be $135 that a $10.00 off discount only if you pay in full. You will also get a beach title as well to go with your page layout
We will have vendors, and some classes will be available ( More information will be sent out at a later date etc.) There will not be food included but there are plenty of restaurants you can go to in the area. everyone will bring a snack to share we all will bring a snack to share.
Please send your $50.00 nonrefundable deposit if you want to hold your spot. ALL DEPOSITS ARE DUE ASAP TO RESERVE YOUR THE SPOT AT THE HOTEL

If you paid a deposit, then All balances are to be paid by Sept15th. 2024 NO EXCEPTIONS!! Sept. 15th, 2024, there will be a $25.00 late fee added.
Hotel Reservation Information:
Queen and Double rooms: $119 night plus tax.
Please call the hotel at (1-800-599-9872) to make your reservations and ask for East Coast Crafters Retreats.

We are unable to offer refunds for any reason so please keep this in mind when you RSVP "YES" to any event! This is solely because we are liable for the cost of your attendance once we sign the contract.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause however we are unable to accept that financial responsibility.
