During the Tunisian revolution, while the streets outside burned with uncertainty, Myrath was writing what would become Tales of the Sands (2011). From those turbulent beginnings, Myrath rose to international stages, captivating audiences from the legendary Hellfest in France to festivals and venues across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In 2022, the band made history by performing at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, reaching millions of viewers far beyond the borders of the metal scene. Their 2024 release Karma marked a rebirth: a massive, bombastic album filled with soaring choruses, crushing riffs, and Zaher Zorgati’s most impassioned vocal performance to date. Hailed as their most direct and engaging record, it demonstrated Myrath’s ability to evolve while staying true to their essence. But Myrath is not looking back. A new chapter is already on the horizon: in 2026, the band will unveil their most ambitious work yet, featuring a special duet with Elize Ryd from the band Amaranthe.
