Have you ever seen the GORGEOUS space that was Cosmic Café? If you haven’t, Im giving you the opportunity too. We’ve heard about the restaurant closing, but it’s only giving opportunity to hold more sacred time and space with more yoga and meditation classes. I’ll be there every Thursday evening 7pm to guide you through a yin class infused with myofascial release and reiki to give us a full recharge with mind, body and spirit.
Best part is this space is going back to the roots of yoga being an offering. The owner is paying to keep the space open to provide to the community. I’m holding this space as an offering to build community. You are welcome to provide an offering in return to help support this project continuing.
Unfortunately for sacred purposes no virtual classes will be included.

Class itself is designed to be accessible to meet your individual body. There are a few steps up to the bottom floor if you haven’t seen the space. Classes will be in second floor but we can move to first floor if getting upstairs in inaccessible. Just let me know ahead please.
