Join Dr. Diane Malaspina (M.S.Ed, Ph.D, E-RYT 500) for a practice in self-care that will take you into your fascial layer.Myofascial Release (MFR) is an accessible & effective practice that compliments yoga & other exercise recovery, improves mobility, provides relief from everyday aches & pains, and supports the health of connective tissue… it’s also deeply relaxing.
In this extended, 90min Class+ offering, students will learn to release restrictions in the body’s fascial system using special MFR props coupled with gentle, guided techniques.
Leave feeling at ease in your body and mind. Beginner friendly – All levels welcome!
