Designed to increase mobility and break up tight fascia from head to toe, this workshop with Raquel Rae will give you the tools and time to unravel and support your overall wellness. Each participant will be guided through varying methods of self massage to support healthy blood flow, reduce the risk of injury, decrease day-to-day pain, and improve overall bodily performance. We will use items such as tennis balls, foam rollers, blocks, and bolsters to support and deepen the experience. Session will end with a 20 min sound bath, assisting with overall relaxation and integration.
