This will be a intimate discussion amongst women participants surrounding anxiety and how do we or how are we coping.About this Event
There will be a short presentation on where to recieve resources, refreshments and break out activities. We will learn from one another and learn together on how to deal with anxiety or help someone who is battlling anxiety. Everything implemented in this event will be from lived experiences, real lives and real people. No one will be a professional or give expert or specialist advice. It will just be adult women talking about an issue that affects most of us and it will take place in an intimate setting.
