My Quiet Cave: Overcome (Peer Group)

Overcome was created by the non-profit called My Quiet Cave. All of My Quiet Cave (MQC) groups are for peer support to provide welcoming communities of hope for faith and mental health to transform lives. Overcome is an active tool of engagement that utilizes group experience integrating honest conversations around mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Overcome meets every Tuesday for 9 weeks from 7:00 - 8:00 pm CST starting on October 18, 2022. Please register in advance for this meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Our meetings are hosted both in-person and virtual with our first meeting serving as an Orientation for getting the most out of our time together.
