Come celebrate and immerse in a poetry showcase with a concert style book launch for Chicago poet, Shivani Gupta’s debut collection, my mother is a mixed metaphor, published by Rockwood Press. Personalized signed copies of the chapbook will be available for purchase at the event!

Shivani’s poems will be accompanied by the incredibly talented chamber music ensemble: Ikaros Ensemble whose curated improv will echo the themes of the poems.
