Phoebe's back home in the Valleys and is being forced to attend cousin Caroline's wedding. Inside the Working Men's Club Wedding-O-Dreams, things are already unravelling - the bouncer's barred her, Caroline is determined to make Phoebe the problem, and yes — Jamie "Neck Licker" Richards is still king of the neg.But tonight is different.
