We have a fabulous new Karaoke spot in downtown Modesto. The place is amazing and it has an enormous dance floor and a gigantic stage and lots and lots of room. Also a wonderful staff to serve you. We would really love all our friends and family to come out and support us at this new venue. Parking is limited downtown but there are three parking lots in close walking distance to Mimosas, and believe me it's worth the short distance to get there. It is absolutely beautiful inside, completely remodeled.The parking garage on 11th between J & K is the closest since you can cut through the plaza near Fuzios to get to Mimosas.
