Back for Round 2: a one-night Cambodian & Thai pop-up dinner with Italian influences from Michelin-trained Chef Joshua Walbolt in Jersey
About this Event

My Khmer is back for Round 2.

For one night only, Next Door Provisions in Jersey City becomes a Cambodian-inspired pop-up restaurant. Michelin-trained Chef Joshua Walbolt brings his Khmer and Thai roots together with the Italian cooking he loves. You won’t find this food anywhere else in New Jersey.

About the Chef

Chef Joshua trained in two of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park and Per Se. TV audiences know him from his fan-favorite turn on Hulu’s Secret Chef with David Chang. He also competed on Food Network’s Buddy’s Recipe Rumble, cooking alongside his wife and sister.

The Menu: The Sea-Quel Series

The dinner draws from Chef Joshua’s Sea-Quel Series, a personal style that pairs fine-dining technique with the flavors he grew up on. Think Cambodian and Thai comfort food, filtered through Italian classics.
