My Inner Landscape - A guided creative journaling workshop

My Inner Landscape is a guided creative reflection experience that invites you to pause, notice where you are, and reconnect with yourself through journaling, colours, words and simple visual expression.

In the rush of everyday life, we often keep moving without stopping to notice what has been supporting us, what a particular season has felt like, or how we may have quietly grown through it. This workshop offers you a gentle space to do just that.

Guided through a series of reflective prompts, you will gradually create your own Inner Landscape : exploring what grounds and supports you, the emotional weather of recent months, what has grown within you, what may need your attention, and what you would like to move towards from here.

There is no right or wrong way to create your landscape, and no artistic or journaling experience is required. You are free to express yourself through words, colours, lines, doodles, symbols or drawings, whatever feels natural to you.

The session is facilitated by Shweta Jain, Creative Reflection Facilitator, whose work brings together creativity, journaling, reflection and emotional awareness.

All creative materials required for the experience will be provided.
