My Grown Up & Me Dance Class

Need to breakout from the normal routine? Or are you looking for some relief from staying in doors with your love child all day? Come join us as we exercise together family style! The first 30 minutes of class is dedicated to mommy breaking a sweat and the last 15 minutes is dedicated to baby stretch time. This is a fun and energetic class for the at-home or working parent!

Classes are designed as Pop-Up lessons and taught based on specific dance genres per instructor. Our first class of the dance season will focus on dance aerobics for our parents and stretch and grow techniques for our baby students (:
