On Saturday, February 14, join the Center for Culinary Culture—Home of The Cocktail Collection & EatsDrinksTV in welcoming Chef Stephen Chavez, Senior Chef-Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education's Los Angeles campus, to LA's Arts District for a history, how-to, and tasting of the food of the gods, the direct translation of the cacao tree's scientific name.
