The Occasion: My Chemical Slow Dance: "King For A Day" Edition.
The Eve: Friday, the 17th day of April.
The Hour: From the ninth stroke of the bell until the second hour of the morrow (9pm - 2am)
The Stronghold: Warehouse on Watts (within the fair city of Philadelphia).

~ The Revelries ~
The Bards’ Songs: Anthems of Emo and Pop Punk shall fill the air.
{“Dance, Dance—we are crumbling asunder at the half-measure!”}
Lachrymose Melodies: Slow-dance ballads to draw a sea of salt-tears from the entire chamber.
{“By my troth, thou art truly The Only Exception.”}
The Raiment: Formal finery or Medieval garb is not strictly commanded by the King’s law
{"But ’tis far better if thou dost!"}
Thy Fellowship: Bring thy kin, come as a lone wanderer, or escort a favored companion.
{“My Fellowship Over Thee!”}

~ The Elixirs ~
Quench thy thirst with special magical potions brewed with the very tears of a heartbroken soul.
~ The Captured Likeness ~
A master of the portrait (and a grand backdrop) shall be present all through the night to capture thy melancholy.
~ Grand Spectacles ~
Behold! Special live performances to dazzle and dismay.

~ The Coronation of Sovereigns ~
Prepare for the crowning of the Emo Prom King & Queen (or Queen & Queen, King & King, or Royalty & Royalty of all stripes!).
The victors shall be bestowed with a custom set of Emo Prom Crowns and granted a spotlight dance upon the high stage. To enter thy name for the crown, thou must arrive before the clock strikes 10:30pm. DO NOT TARRY, lest thy chance at the throne vanish like a ghost in the night!

~ The Laws of the Land ~
The Gate: Only those who have seen one-and-twenty summers or more may cross the threshold (must be 21+)
