Join us at 9 am on the second Saturday of every month for a men's meditation and check-in session for, by, and about Black Men. We are our Brother's keeper and we must ensure that we are not only strong physically, but mentally as well. This is a chance to fellowship, enrich and strengthen each other through meditation.
