Join MY BODY MY POWER for our end-of-year Winter Day Camp!Camp includes art projects, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, dance, positive affirmations, All-About-Me Collages, self-care tools, sound healing, and talking circles—creating sisterhood through fun and self-expression. Organic Snacks/lunch included.
Vision Board Magic Awaits!
At our My Body My Power Self-Expression Day Winter Camp on Sunday, December 28, from 2-6 pm, we’re diving into the ultimate creative adventure: Vision Boards! Or as we like to call them, "All About Me Collages!"
Imagine a big, colorful canvas that’s totally YOU! Using stickers, stencils, stamps, magazines, and positive vibes, we’ll create something that shows who you are and all the amazing things you dream of for 2026. It's more than just art—it’s your personal story!
This board will be:
A way to express yourself and celebrate what makes you unique
A space to visualize your goals and dreams
A fun and creative tool to inspire you and manifest your future
Mix in music, new friends, snacks, and SO much fun, and it’s a day you don’t want to miss.
Let’s make 2026 unforgettable—one sticker at a time!

Empowerment Camps educate, inspire and empower girls 8-16 years old, to deepen their unique character, cultivate self-confidence, develop core life skills, and implement daily self-care through an innovative journey towards self-discovery.
My Body My Power is a Girls Scouts Affiliate and will offer a Girl Power PATCH to each Girls Scouts Participant.
