MY BODY MY POWER CAMP: AN OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER how to nurture your best self!Lead by Youth Director and Guest Presenter
Welcome! Kristen will lead this My Body My Power Day-Camp which includes art, meditation, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, theme- based talking circles, sound healing, yoga, journaling, dance, a guest presenter, new friendships and lots of fun, plus organic snacks.
*When: SATURDAY, December 14, 2024, 12:00-4:00 pm
*Where: Friendship Hall next to YWCA, Olympia, WA
*Cost: $65-100 Scale

SELF DAY:December 14 12-4pm
2-2:30 Arrive: Name Tags, Affirmation Art
2:30-3 Opening Circle: Intros/pronouns, create Sacred Space list, Themed Talking Circle on Self Love and Ice Breakers
3-3:30 Mindfulness: Breathwork, Meditation, SEL, Sound Healing and Yoga
3:30-4 Break: Organic Snacks, Water and Tea
4-5:30 Guest Presenter:
5:30-6 Dancing and Closing Circle: Favorites & Feedback, Kindness Shares, Goodbye, Community Power Rocks Cheer!
