It will cover the new Aged Care Act, the Support at Home program, and other key reforms. The aim is to provied clarity and advice to individuals, their families and aged care providers about the changes and how they will be implemented.Representatives from the Department of Health and Aged Care will talk participants through the range of aged care services, the assessment process and finding services that meet your needs. They will also answer any questions that you may have.
