• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Vietnamese descent, natural born female
• Miss Teen Vietnam: 13-19 years of age
• Miss Vietnam: 18+ years of age (never been married / have children)
• Mrs Vietnam: 30+ years of age (married, widowed, separated, divorced)
