Muévete por Venezuela: A Morning of Movement & Connection
Join South End Spanish Club (SESC) & Eterno for a special morning of fitness, connection, and community on Saturday, July 11th at The Music Yard, 10 AM–2 PM.
Following two major earthquakes that hit Venezuela back to back, communities were left in urgent need of support. We want to show up for our community and help raise funds for the response and relief efforts currently underway in Venezuela. That's why all ticket proceeds from this event will go directly to Venezuela earthquake relief through three incredible organizations: We Love Foundation, The House Project, and Sun.Risas.
There will be more methods to give at the event if that is something you would like to do, but no pressure, just showing up helps our community feel supported!
Schedule:
- 9:00 AM – Free pre-event run hosted by Latinos Run Charlotte
- 10:00 AM – Doors open: coffee, light bites, live DJs, photo booth, and community partner tables
- 11:30 AM – Mat Pilates with Andrea Dasilva (40 min, English & Spanish)
- 1:00 PM – Sculpt with Claudia Garcia (30 min, English & Spanish)
- 2:00 PM – Event ends

Ticket descriptions
All‑Access (Best Value) $40: Event Access + Mat Pilates + Sculpt + coffee + social hour + raffles. Bilingual, all levels welcome.
Single Class $25: Choose Mat Pilates Light (11:30 am) or Sculpt (1:00 pm) + Light bites/coffee + social hour + raffles. (Select class at checkout.)
Social‑Only $10: Light bites/coffee + vendors, music, and social hour (no class access).

Info: Our friends over at Latinos Run Charlotte will be helping us kick off our event with a 5k run to start the day off!

Doors Open: Social Hour (Cafecito + Pandebonos)
Info: The doors will open at 10 am, and we will have cold brew and pandebonos available on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 250 guests. We'll have music and a photobooth experience sponsored by our presenting sponsors. Our community partners will also have their tables set up and provide various activities during this time, so make sure to visit their tables!

Info: This will be a lighter version of Andrea’s class, meant to get you moving. Class will last 40 min and will be in a mix of English & Spanish.

Info: Sculpt is a high-energy strength + cardio workout that mixes resistance bands, core, and bodyweight exercises!
