Happy New Year Muzikstan familia ✨It’s time to kick off 2025 with some fantastic music
For our next event we will be hearing the sounds of China, Portugal and Wales!

Since 1990, Ling has been based in Nottingham, UK, where she has introduced Chinese classical music to audiences across the UK and Europe.
The erhu, a two-stringed instrument renowned for its expressive and emotive sounds, is one of the most distinctive voices of Chinese music.
Ling began playing the erhu at the age of seven, captivating audiences of thousands during the Cultural Revolution in China.
Her exceptional technical skill earned her a place at the prestigious Sichuan Conservatory of Music, where she became one of the youngest-ever students of the erhu.

✨FOX & ROCHA
This compelling duo combines the talents of Sam Frankie Fox, a versatile singer and harpist originally from Wales, with the sound explorations of Portuguese multi- instrumentalist Ricardo Santos Rocha (melodeon and guitars).
They will present a selection of songs from their home countries, poetry set to original music, as well as tunes plucked from across the world; all performed with playfulness and flair.

The event runs from 7-10pm, and the music kicks off at 7.30pm! ⌛
