Muslim Girls Cookbook Club
About this Event
A get together for all those who love to cook, eat and talk all things food. ALSO, a fun way to meet new muslim sisters!
You're invited to join Scotland's first Halal Girls Cookbook Club. All cooking abilities are welcome.
We are cooking and eating from Desified by Zaynah Din. You don't have to own or buy the cookbook to participate.
Once you book your ticket, a Whatsapp link will also be sent to you to join our Cookbook Club group :). The recipe contents page will be shared with you or you could visit your local bookstore to have a look. From there, you will choose what you want to cook to bring along on the day. Don't have the cookbook? Don't worry, you can just ask us for a photo of the recipe page. Please note, that we will not be cooking together on the night. You need to cook your dish at home and bring it along.
A few days before the event we will also share a google form and a spreadhseet link with you whereby you can add the details of the dish you are bringing along and also have a look at what everyone will be bringing to ensure there are no duplicates :)
The ticket also includes soft drinks and karak chai!
THEME- Whilst there is no dress code, feel free to wear desi clothes.
