Musika ng Pag-ibig, meaning Music of Love, is more than a
graduation recital. It is the culmination of a journey shaped by
music, family, faith, heritage and the people who have
supported me along the way.
Through art song, opera and Filipino song, the program
explores love in its many forms: romantic love, family, memory,
homeland and gratitude.
My classical training has helped me discover not only new
possibilities in my voice, but also a deeper connection to my
Filipino musical heritage. This recital brings those two parts of
my artistic journey together, celebrating where I have come
from and the artist I am becoming.
At its heart, Musika ng Pag-ibig is about connection: between
cultures, music and memory, performer and audience, and
ultimately, between one heart and another.
Every gift begins with grace. Every journey unfolds with purpose. And every song becomes an offering. On this night, I sing with a grateful heart, for the music that shaped me, the heritage that grounds me, and the faith that has carried me to where I am today.
To God be the glory. Musika ng Pag-ibig. A
journey of love, faith and gratitude.
