Join the Savannah Area Flute Association for their free festival, Musicians & Mindfulness Day, with guest artist, Andrée Martin! There are events for everyone including flutists, non-flutist musicians, and non-musicians.

2:45 Body Mapping for the Arms and Hands (for ALL, not just flutists and other musicians!)
3:30 Mindfulness Meditation for Musicians (for ALL musicians, not just flutists!)
4:30 Masterclass for musicians (for ALL musicians, not just flutists!)
5:30 Visit music exhibits
6:00 Unity and Universal Oneness flute choir concert (open to ALL!)

Free but donations to support student scholarships greatly appreciated.
