I’m offering a series of musical meditations in Mill Valley beginning January 18, 5:00 pm, Community Church of Mill Valley. The topic of the Jan 18 meditation is “Inner Guidance.” We begin with the Connect the Dots guided meditation - visualizing energy centers - followed by Being Glow, adding a few energy centers, and exploring the qualities of each center. The deep relaxation and openness engendered by the Connect & Glow practice helps release patterns of tension, and supports personal growth. In this relaxed state, we practice listening for guidance and intuitive prompts. This program is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners. The event is free; donations are gratefully accepted.
