Join us for an afternoon of live guitar, handpan, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes in the peaceful mangrove setting of Blackstar Coffee Roastery. Slow down, unwind, and immerse yourself in soothing sounds as you rest, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment.

Whether you’re looking to take a break from the busyness of daily life, recharge, or simply enjoy live music in nature, this session offers a gentle space to relax and just be. You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and let the sounds guide you into a state of deep rest and calm.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any comfort items to help you settle in and fully enjoy the experience. No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed, everyone is welcome.
