The Concert Truck artists will deliver an exceptional performance, including special guests Southwest Elementary School Choir. With partner Carolina Theatre of Durham, we expand the stage beyond their historic walls, strengthening community connections, inspiring new audiences, and demonstrating that the joy of live music that can thrive anywhere a truck can park.
Join us in the park for an evening of live music, local food, and drinks as the Concert Truck takes the stage. Grab a spot beneath the pavilion, bring your friends, and enjoy an unforgettable performance in an unexpected setting. Local food trucks will offer dinner and snacks throughout the evening, with drinks available to enjoy alongside the music.
For 100 years, the Carolina Theatre has been Durham’s stage for laughter, wonder, and inspiration. As we celebrate our Centennial, we invite you to help write the next chapter and inspire future generations of audiences and artists.
The Carolina Theatre of Durham's Centennial will expand community engagement and partnership, pilot original and collaborative programming, and honor the theater’s legacy as Durham’s only historic cinema and performing arts venue. With a goal to raise $5.5 million, the Centennial Campaign will amplify the theater’s impact through programming presented beyond its walls, attracting audiences and artists from around the region, and building a vibrant, sustainable foundation for the future.
