We are Music with Strangers — a community of musicians of all levels, genres, and nationalities. We gather for jams every Thursday, form temporary collaborations and standing bands, and play gigs. Meet us at the fall 2024 edition of our tri-annual Popei concert.
Strangers play what they feel like. Expect a variety of short acts, from covers of well-known tunes to originals sung in languages you may not recognize, starting with touching acoustic pieces and possibly getting much heavier as the night goes on.
Are you a musician? Take a good look. Some of these collaborations were formed specifically for this performance. Join us, and we’ll help you find the courage to step on this stage next season — or maybe you’ll share some of your courage with us.
