Music Wellness Workshop

This gentle, welcoming workshop is designed for anyone wanting to pause, reconnect with their creativity and connect with themselves and others in a supportive space.

Together, we’ll explore music through activities including both playing and listening, gentle improvisation, reflection prompts and creative exploration to reconnect with what’s already within us. There’ll also be opportunities for movement and connection if that feels right for you - no musical experience needed.

Come as you are. No pressure to perform, share or get anything “right”.
