This free music series is presented by Rochester Downtown Alliance, with support from Mayo Clinic and Winona State University - Rochester, in partnership with Threshold Arts.Tim Dallman is a guitarist and vocalist who writes and performs his own songs, as well as a variety of covers. His melodic, acoustic guitar-driven original songs blend lyrical and musical storytelling with elements of rock, pop and Americana styles.
