About this Event
Join us weekly on Wednesday for a FREE Afro-Cuban Dance class with Edson Cabrera from now until April 8th!The foundation of Afro-Cuban expression is built upon cultural practices from several African-derived ethnic groups including the Yoruba, Congo-Bantu, and Ekpe-Abakua. These class will cover fundamental movement vocabulary for various dance forms from the Orisha to rumba guaguancó. Bring a wide skirt or scarf, if possible.
All levels and ages are welcome, and programming is FREE and open to the public!
