MUSIC + MOVEMENT: A BASE x ÜNDA Sunday Session

MUSIC + MOVEMENT is your Sunday reset — a guided, full-body movement experience led by husband-and-wife clinician duo Dr. Claire Bacareza and Dr. Joel Kerr, founders of BASE.

The intention behind this event is to bring people together and combine things that we are passionate about (music and movement) and be able to give back to some amazing people doing amazing work in the community. Through this, our hope is that the ripple effect extends beyond us just trying to catch a vibe.

Expect a chill, feel-good flow that blends mobility, stability, and strength — from the ground up.

Through simple, everyday movements done with intention, expect to connect deeper to how you move, feel, and experience how your body supports you.

Afterwards, we'll get to kick it with some light refreshments and bump vinyl records in the space.

BASE was founded by Dr. Claire and Dr. J — a clinician duo who blend performance, recovery, and education into experiences that help you move better, feel stronger, and connect deeper.

Their partnership with ÜNDA means that they will be hosting courses, workshops and events centered around foot health and managing lower limb related injuries and performance.
