A CSU Chico Recording Arts program graduate, Cameron Ford played in bands The Secret Stolen, The Perpetual Drifters, and Belles and Whistles before earning a Masters Degree in Songwriting from Bath Spa University in Bath, England. He moved to Chicago and wrote/produced several plays, including “Chico: The Musical”, “Ron Paul The Musical”, and “Pennywinkle: A Chicago Comedy about Chicago Comedy” before being hired as music director for Second City Chicago. After working as a segment producer for the Leonard Lopate Show at WNYC, he moved back to Chico, CA to produce radio and live music in collaboration with KZFR and Secret Trail Brewing Company. Now the Social Media Manager for the streaming technology company “Brightcove”, he lives in Portland, OR with his partner and 2-year-old daughter. He creates relaxing tributes to popular music with acoustic guitar, his voice, and a loop pedal for the listening enjoyment of Portland’s breweries, bars, and restaurants.
