Music Meditation and Firefly Songs by Trina Brunk

Summer Solstice Music Meditation, followed by mini concert featuring a selection of songs by Trina Brunk from her Firefly Songs album.

Join your heart and voice with others and journey to the center of your Being with group toning songs of the soul and sharing from the heart. No singing experience necessary; all spiritual paths welcomed.

Doors will open at 7 p.m.; please arrive at least 10 minutes before we begin so you can get comfortable and situated in the space. We'll have chairs and light refreshments. You're welcome to bring a yoga mat and/or cushions or blankets to lie down and take in the vibe. Feel free to bring something to share and anything you need to feel comfortable.
