If you, or someone you know, have struggled with mental health difficulties and found that music has been as therapeutic as any professional help or medication, then why not visit us and share your experiences. The group is not intended to focus on why we are suffering, but on the music that brings us happiness and helps keep the darkness away.
We all have songs that bring back memories of our childhoods, family and friends, family milestones (weddings, births, etc.) so please bring along some of your favourite records and share the reasons that they make you happy. There will be a turntable (33 and 45rpm) with bluetooth speakers so it will also be possible to play music via mobile phone.
Refreshments will be available at the bar, otherwise there will be no charge to attend.
