Join our fun family learning course aimed at families with babies and children under the age of 4. This practical course will give ideas about how to support your child with music. Music-making provides an engaging and enjoyable activity for everyone and is led by our friendly and experienced Primary Music Specialist and Jolly Music teacher.
All the EYMM course sessions are mapped to the Early Learning Goals and the 2020 Development Matters Guidelines.
Course Summary:
- There’s a reason why Nursery Rhymes have been around for centuries because they are brilliant for boosting language development, counting and vocabulary.
- Celebrate World Nursery Rhyme Week with songs and certificates!
- Explore The Nutcracker ballet music with your little one.
- Build your own musical confidence in pulse and rhythm.
- You’ll learn how to support your child to read and play simple musical rhythms.
- Use key Makaton signs in songs helping support your child’s language development.
By the end of the course, you will:
- A range of strategies and activities for supporting their baby/children with fun and interactive learning.
Learners should bring:
- A blanket to sit on.
- Water and snack

You should be redirected to the Inspire Online Enrolment Form after completing the Eventbrite booking. If you are not redirected, please use the link supplied in the Eventbrite booking confirmation email.
To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
