Swan Strings is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing free music education, community concerts and sound therapy services to North Texas individuals without access.

First 20 seats are free with registration. $10 suggested donation. Registration available with any donated amount. Pay What You Can, no one turned away due to lack of funds. All seats are general admission. Limited seating available. Walk ins are welcome but priority will be given to registrants. All others will be waitlisted. Donations will help support free music education in South Dallas. No refunds.

Salako Music is a singer-songwriter based in Dallas, Texas. Salako’s lyrics are playful and alluring while exploring elements of spiritually. Salako’s love for the arts grew while studying dance with the Beckley Center, W. E. Greiner Exploratory Arts Academy and the legendary Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. However due to injuries she began to pursue her singing career. Her creativity expands from motherhood as a creator of two to being featured as a musician. Salako Music has been featured for So Far Sounds, countless community festivals and was a NPR’s Top Shelf pick for Tiny Desk.
