This week at the Lake Harriet Bandshell we are hosting Big Woods Brass, a New Orleans brass band. Big Woods Brass is the newest brass band to hit the Twin Cities music scene. They do New Orleans-style brass band music, and more. Funky, jazzy, earthy music, with a touch of class. For cancellations due to weather please check our Facebook page for updates.
Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
