The Mountain House CSD outdoor concert series, Music in the Park continues in August with The Purple Ones, a group of world-class musicians that carries out the Purple Legacy of the Music. The Purple Ones bring audiences to their feet by speaking Prince’s musical language. energy, rhythm, creativity and of course…a serious dose of unadulterated funk. The Purple Ones tap into that soulful artistry like none other.
This family-friendly event features food vendors for those who come hungry and local artisans for those who want to do a little shopping. Bring your blankets and chairs for our general section. Families are welcome to set up their shade structures in our new “Shadey Lane” section. We’ll also have a jump house for those active kids who need to get their wiggles out. Parking is available along Central Avenue and on the dirt lot east of Central Community Park along Providence Street accessed only from Main Street and left on Providence Street. Town Hall parking is limited.
