Winona's incredible Steamboat Days Parade begins at 12:00 noon with the Hesper-Mabel Steam Calliope at the very beginning of the attractions on the route. Followed by a concert in Sinclair Park (about 3pm on Wabasha/7th St.) a rare musical treat that will take you back in time to celebrate the Steamboat and American musical legacy!
