About this Event
Get ready for an enjoyable afternoon of music as The Sissel/Reid Band brings their signature blend of Americana, blues, and folk to the stage! Led by award-winning songwriter Jill Sissel, this powerhouse trio delivers raw energy, heartfelt storytelling, and top-tier musicianship. With over 20 years in the Nashville scene, Jill has earned accolades for albums like Haunted Highway (Best Americana Album, JPFolks) and Forever Free, whose song The Tennessee Farmer became the theme for the award-winning documentary The Blueberry Farmer. Joining her is Liz Ficalora, a world-class drummer, producer, and Berklee alum known for her groundbreaking Drum Chart Builder software, and Amy Reid, a powerhouse vocalist and songwriter with deep roots in rock and country, having performed alongside legends like Pam Tillis, Stella Parton, and Billy Prine.
Together, The Sissel/Reid Band delivers electrifying performances filled with rich harmonies, dynamic instrumentation, and songs that resonate. They’ll take you on a nostalgic journey through some of your favorite pop and rock hits from the ’60s and ’70s, all performed with their unique style and energy. With a history of opening for stars like JoDee Messina and Tracy Lawrence, their live shows are full of passion and authenticity. Don’t miss this incredible set of music!
