This Artist Management workshop is a focused entry point into the strategic and operational side of an artist career. In this session, we look at the role of the manager as the central hub between artist, label, publishing, live sector and marketing partners. We address core tasks such as career planning, strategies, personal branding and day-to-day communication and support, as well as a look into desired skills and traits of an artist manager.
