About this Event
HOSTED BY BUILDING BETTER LIVES
Join us for an uplifting and impactful Father’s Day community gathering centered around celebrating, supporting, and empowering Black men — especially Black men ages 50+ in the Greater Boston and New England area.
This intergenerational event is both a celebration and a call to action. Through storytelling, music, conversation, and community engagement, we will honor the wisdom, resilience, and lived experiences of Black fathers and men while also addressing critical quality-of-life issues that continue to impact our communities.
Inspired by the ancestral tradition of storytelling through song and spoken word, this event will explore Black history and cultural resilience from Juneteenth to the present day.
Attendees will have access to interactive resource stations, community organizations, health information, and ongoing opportunities designed to improve quality of life beyond the event itself.
