About this Event

Welcome to the first Music and Movement Event!

Bring a mat and join a slow flow yoga practice guided by Layali (400RYT) focusing on regulating the nervous system and tension release.

Live Music by Detroit Cellist, King Sophia, will accompany the practice as well as close it with a solo piece.

Breathe in the flowers of Featherstone Garden and rest under the serenade of the Cello.

Reserve your spot online and pay at the door! Sliding Scale rate of $20-35 dollars.

Come early for fresh produce from The Featherstone Farmstand and stay late to enjoy an open mic!
